Kevin Bustos Garcia, a 17-year-old male from Addison, IL, tragically lost his life on May 6, 2017. The incident occurred in the early afternoon when Addison police responded to reports of shots fired and a traffic crash at the intersection of Denise Court and Elizabeth Drive.
