Stephon Alonzo Clark, a 22-year-old African-American man, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of March 18, 2018, in the Meadowview neighborhood of Sacramento, California. The incident occurred in the backyard of his grandmother's house, where Clark was confronted by two officers from the Sacramento Police Department, Terrence Mercadal and Jared Robinet.
