Izaiah Franceschi, a 15-year-old boy from Des Plaines, Illinois, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2017. The incident occurred when Izaiah was accidentally shot in the face by his 10-year-old sibling. The shooting took place at their home on the 2100 block of David Drive. Authorities responded to the scene shortly before 11 a.m. on that fateful Saturday morning.
