Izaiah Franceschi, a 15-year-old boy from Des Plaines, Illinois, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2017. The incident occurred when Izaiah was accidentally shot in the face by his 10-year-old sibling. The shooting took place at their home on the 2100 block of David Drive.
