Ciera Q. Davis, a 24-year-old African American woman from Waukegan, Illinois, tragically lost her life on June 5, 2017. The incident occurred in the early morning hours during a house party in the 1600 block of 11th Street in Waukegan. Ciera and her boyfriend, Farid S. Rakin, 54, were involved in a heated argument over allegations of infidelity. The confrontation escalated when Ciera, in a fit of anger, rammed her vehicle into Rakin's unoccupied car.
