Willie Daquan Harris, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot in the head on July 17, 2017, in the 13900 block of South Wabash Avenue in Riverdale, Illinois. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed his death. Police responded to a call at 4:12 p.m. and found Harris lying face-down in an apartment. The incident was classified as a homicide.
