Moncreef Miller, a 26-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on December 7, 2017, in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred at approximately 2:42 p.m. while Miller was standing outside in the 1000 block of North Long Avenue.
