David Babcock, a 73-year-old white male from Peoria, Illinois, passed away on September 27, 2018, due to complications from a gunshot wound he sustained on January 10, 2018. On that fateful day, Babcock was in a detached garage behind a residence on Malone Street, working on a car for a 22-year-old acquaintance named Kamry Harris.
