Tiwaconda Williams, a 36-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on April 12, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred after she and her boyfriend, Kendrick Owens, also 38 years old, were reported missing from their home in Fort Worth, Texas. Their 14-year-old daughter had alerted family members about their disappearance, noting that a handgun was missing from their home.
