Blanca C. Miranda, a 29-year-old woman from Chicago, Illinois, tragically lost her life on September 10, 2018, after being shot in the head. The incident occurred in the South Austin neighborhood on the West Side of Chicago. Blanca, who was of Hispanic descent, was standing in front of a building on West Thomas Street with a 40-year-old man when a gunman approached them.
