In the winter of 2017, the life of 28-year-old Davon Williams, an African-American male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of February 8th, violence erupted on the 1800 block of West Saratoga Street, leaving Williams with multiple gunshot wounds.
