Neal M. Brooks, a 25-year-old man from Aurora, Illinois, tragically lost his life on October 16, 2018. Neal, who was of African American descent, was shot and killed in the parking lot of a coin laundry mat in Aurora. The incident occurred in the evening, and the Aurora Police Department responded to the scene following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found Neal with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Neal succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
