Edward Smith, a 37-year-old man from Aurora, Illinois, was tragically killed in a shooting on December 18, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the 400 block of Clark Street on Aurora's East Side. According to reports, Aurora police received a call just after 3 a.m. about a man down on Clark Street. Upon arrival, they found Edward Smith suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
