Mustafa Ghulam, a 33-year-old immigrant from Pakistan, was tragically killed on June 5, 2007, in a road rage incident while working as a cabdriver in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the Charles Village neighborhood, specifically on the 100 block of W. 28th Street.
