In the early morning hours of June 11, 2007, the life of 18-year-old Barbara Griffin was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. A young Black female, Griffin was discovered on the 200 block of North Bentalou Street, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
