Renese Donte Riley, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 30, 2018, in Urbana, Illinois. The incident occurred following a dispute over living arrangements at an apartment. According to Urbana police, Riley was fatally shot by 27-year-old Dangelis Michael Chambers, who was subsequently arrested and charged with four felony counts of first-degree murder and one felony count of possession or use of a firearm by a felon.
