Latino male Luis Angel Aguilar, age 27, was shot to death in Chicago on the night of February 14, 2019.
He and another man, 26, were sitting in a parked car in the 6500 block of North Albany Avenue in West Rogers Park when shots rang out around 11:30 p.m.
Witnesses told police they saw a black Toyota RAV4 speeding away from the scene. Aguilar was struck in the head; the second man was hit in the face.
