Kayla Nicole Fannon, a 30-year-old woman from Peoria, Illinois, tragically lost her life on February 14, 2019. Kayla, who was born on December 16, 1988, was found with gunshot wounds at her residence and was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred on Valentine's Day morning, and it was later revealed that the gunman was David Jenkins, a 39-year-old man from Peoria.
