Jasmine Denise Reese, a 22-year-old African American woman, was fatally shot in the head on March 3, 2019, in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. when Jasmine was at her friend's house on South May Street. According to reports, the shooting was sparked by an argument that had taken place earlier.
