Tito Wade, a 43-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on May 25, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10:10 p.m. in the 400 block of West 77th Street in the Winneconna Parkway neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago.
