Tyrone Portis, a 17-year-old African American male from Joliet, Illinois, tragically lost his life on June 9, 2019. Tyrone, affectionately known as "TJ," was born on October 26, 2001, and was a student at Lockport High School. He was also employed at Walmart and had recently started attending classes at Joliet Junior College.
