Zachery Stokes, a 17-year-old male from Shelbina, Illinois, tragically lost his life on July 17, 2019, due to an unintentional gunshot wound. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at a residence in Shelbina. According to reports, Zachery Stokes was struck by a .50 caliber muzzle loader, a type of firearm that the 23-year-old man handling it was not familiar with.
