Sharemaine Pinnicks, a 27-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on July 18, 2019, in Chicago, IL. She was shot and killed while sitting on a porch in the Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side of Chicago. The incident occurred in the 3400 block of West Fulton Street, where Pinnicks and three others were targeted in a shooting. Pinnicks was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other victims sustained injuries of varying severity.
