Willie Washington, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on August 12, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. while Willie was standing at a bus stop at 79th Street and Phillips Avenue. Dunn, who was already on probation for a previous charge of unlawful use of a weapon, was held on a $500,000 bail.
