Luis Lopez, a 45-year-old Hispanic male from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2019. The circumstances surrounding his death were both violent and distressing. On the night of February 26, 2020, Lopez was involved in a heated altercation with Joel Munoz-Valdez, a 26-year-old man, outside a residence on Brentwood Drive in West Chicago.
