In the late summer of 2007, the life of Robert Rutledge, a 40-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On September 20, 2007, he was discovered injured in an alley located in the 2800 block of Parkwood Avenue. Rutledge was rushed to Shock Trauma, but succumbed to his injuries two days later on September 22, 2007.
