Vance Williams, a 47-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 10, 2019, in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 2:10 a.m. in the 7600 block of North Ashland Avenue. According to reports, Vance Williams was shot in what appeared to be a drive-by shooting involving a black SUV.
