Terrence Welch, a 35-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 24, 2019, in Lansing, Illinois. The incident occurred in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 2141 W. 175th Street. Welch, along with another man, was shot in what appeared to be a targeted attack. The two men managed to drive to a nearby American Sales parking lot, where they were met by officers and paramedics. Welch was transported to Franciscan Health in Hammond, where he was pronounced dead. ...
