Tommy King III, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2019, in Decatur, Illinois. Tommy was a promising young man who had graduated from MacArthur High School in 2017 and was attending Harris-Stowe University in St. Louis, Missouri, with plans to graduate in 2021. His untimely death left his family and friends in deep mourning.
