Born in Baltimore on January 4, 1983, Robert was a lifelong city resident.
He was educated in the Baltimore City Schools, having graduated from Sinclair Lane Elementary School where he received the Principal's Award for Academic Achievement. He went on to attend Northeast Middle School in the Advanced Academics program.
