Andy Chiquito, a 40-year-old male, was tragically shot to death on December 29, 2019, in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood on the South Side. Around 9:15 a.m., he was found lying in the 1700 block of West 21st Street with a gunshot wound to his torso. Despite being rushed to Stroger Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. The Cook County medical examiner’s office confirmed his death. Andy Chiquito's ethnicity was not specified in the available reports.
