Cedrick Levell Herdle, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a shooting on February 12, 2020, in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 11:55 a.m. in the 3000 block of West Madison Street. According to the Chicago police, Cedrick was shot in the head in an alley after leaving a local business.
