Tramen Starnes, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on March 1, 2020, in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 4:55 p.m. in the 4700 block of South Evans Avenue. According to reports, Tramen Starnes was outside a home when three males approached him and opened fire, striking him multiple times in the chest.
