Dequrion Goodwin, a 23-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on May 6, 2020, in the Washington Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Officers responding to a ShotSpotter alert for gunfire found him with gunshot wounds to the right wrist and armpit in the 5500 block of South Indiana Avenue. The incident occurred in the street, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of now, there have been no arrests or suspects publicly identified in connection with Dequrion Goodwin's murder. T
