Malcolm Meridy, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 20, 2020, in a drive-by shooting in East Garfield Park, Chicago. The incident occurred around 10:25 p.m. when Malcolm and a 24-year-old woman were standing in the 300 block of South Springfield Avenue.
