Kenneth Scott, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Kenneth was sitting in a parked vehicle around 11:50 p.m. in the 1400 block of East 67th Street when an unknown assailant fired shots at him. He was struck in the groin and was immediately transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
