Miguel Cabrales-Vazquez, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot on March 10, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. The shooting occurred in the Lower West Side neighborhood, in the 2200 block of West 21st Street. According to reports, multiple individuals approached Miguel and opened fire before fleeing the scene. The shooting took place at approximately 7:35 p.m., and Miguel was quickly taken to Stroger Hospital.
