According to reports, multiple individuals approached Miguel and opened fire before fleeing the scene. The shooting took place at approximately 7:35 p.m., and Miguel was quickly taken to Stroger Hospital. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries the following morning, around 8:52 a.m.
Miguel lived only a few blocks away from where the shooting happened.
