Diana Black, a 28-year-old woman from Champaign, Illinois, was tragically killed on September 13, 2020, in Chicago. The incident occurred in the Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side of Chicago. Diana and a 26-year-old man were sitting in a parked vehicle around 11:30 p.m. when an unknown assailant approached on foot and opened fire.
