Cornelius Pulthus Jr., a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 25, 2020, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Burnside neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Cornelius was walking in an alley with two other males around 10 p.m. in the 9400 block of South Vernon Avenue when an unknown assailant opened fire.
