Iry Bivens, an 18-year-old, was fatally shot in San Francisco on November 1, 2014. The incident occurred in the city's Western Addition neighborhood, specifically on the 1200 block of Divisadero Street. Police responded to a report of a shooting that morning and found Bivens suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso. He was transported to San Francisco General Hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
