Ivan Perez-Garcia, a 25-year-old Hispanic male from Romeoville, IL, was tragically killed on October 25, 2020. The incident occurred in Joliet's St. Patrick's Neighborhood, where Perez-Garcia was shot while sitting in his parked car on Seeser Street.
