Zamir Williams, a 20-year-old African American male from Romeoville, Illinois, was tragically found dead on August 27, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the 700 block of Honeytree Drive. According to the Will County Coroner’s Office, Zamir Williams was pronounced deceased at 5:30 a.m. due to an apparent gunshot wound.
