Konvonta C. Lowery, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2020, in East St. Louis, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10:08 PM when officers responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into a house on Ruby Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Konvonta Lowery lying unresponsive in the front yard of the residence. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
