Luis Flores, a 33-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on November 28, 2020, in a drive-by shooting in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 6:10 a.m. in the 3100 block of West 26th Street. According to the Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Flores was struck multiple times by gunfire from a passing black vehicle.
