James Wilcox, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 8, 2020, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, IL. According to reports, James was standing outside a home in the 7300 block of South Stewart Avenue around 5:15 p.m. when he suddenly heard gunshots and felt pain.
