Keontaye Gregory Molette, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on February 8, 2021, in the Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. He was found outside around 5:45 p.m. in the 7300 block of South Dante Avenue with gunshot wounds to his face and neck. The Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed his death at the scene, and it was ruled a homicide.
