Tysean L. Gilmore, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 8, 2021, in East St. Louis, Illinois. The incident occurred when Tysean was sitting in the driver's seat of a car at the intersection of 25th Street and State Street. He was shot multiple times by a .45 caliber semiautomatic handgun.
