Duntae Manuel, a 36-year-old African-American man, was fatally shot on April 25, 2021, in Humboldt Park, Chicago. He was sitting in a vehicle in the 3900 block of West Thomas Street when a gunman approached him on foot and fired multiple shots. Duntae was struck in the head and body and was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Cook County medical examiner's office identified him as Duntae Manuel.
