Cindy Martinez, a 23-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life on May 24, 2021, in Chicago, IL. Cindy was in a car with a 25-year-old man just after midnight in the 2100 block of North Laramie Avenue when someone fired shots from a passing vehicle.
