In the winter of 2008, the life of 17-year-old Adrian Andrews was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On November 26th of that year, the young man was killed in the 2800 block of Saint Lo Drive. Born on December 18, 1990, Adrian was just weeks away from his eighteenth birthday.
