Labaron Duff, a 23-year-old African American male from Peoria, Illinois, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2021. Labaron was pronounced dead at OSF St. Francis Medical Center after suffering multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. The incident occurred near the intersection of Griswold and Starr streets in Peoria, where police responded to a ShotSpotter alert indicating gunfire in the area.
